About

This is a blog, mostly on coding, tech, and science.

As a computer scientist working in scientific high performance and computing, I am frequently confronted with technical challenges for which no recipe is available. While solving these takes a lot of effort, it is not the kind of information to squeeze into the limited space of a scientific article submitted for a peer-reviewed publication. So I decided to create this blog to channel such technicalities into the vastness of the internet, hoping that search engines will link it to whoever might face a similar problem and save them some time.

But let’s be honest, who reads blogs these days? – Hence the title.
